Thank you. 30 DAY WARRANTY ecRAMPco warranties all products to be free of defects due to flaws in materials, manufacturing or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include standard "wear and tear" produced by normal operation or any damage caused by improper maintenance, instulation, storage, consumer misuse, or neglect. Any returns and warranty issues are at the discretion of ecRAMPco. There are no other express or implied warranties. These products are intended for use only with skateboards. Never use equipment such as BMX bikes, inline skates, scooters, snowboards, sleds, mountain or road bikes, etc. with this product. Doing so may result in damage to the product and cause serious injury to the user. These products are not designed nor warranted for commercial or public installation. RETURNS Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning any shipment. All products must be in their original packaging or similar to prevent damage.
